Interview with Marvin "Mark" Hamilton & Harold Stocking, NY, 1988
There are two interivews in this recording. The first interview lasts for forty minutes and it is with Marvin "Mark" Hamilton, Harold Stocking, and his wife Mrs. Stocking. The three talk about local music events,, the history behind each of Harold's accordions, and fellow performers they knew. There are parts in the fourty mintues where Harlod plays a song that James W. Kimball and Mark suggest should be played. The second interview occurs in the last six minutes of the recording and it is Mark with Kimbal in a car driving from Harold's house. This last six minutes centers on perfomers and freinds that Mark knew.
