Digitization Notes

Needs ALGC. Mostly phone conversation. About 3 minutes in there's a live recording in a room. Then at 20 minutes it gores back to phone recording. Phone conversation portions have large volume differences. Some very low level recording with lots of noise floor, other portions much better.
