First 30 seconds of A side has major flutter issues and then it plays normal. Tape transport on recorder was problematic. Volume levels on side A were brought up significantly which brought up the floor noise

At 47:25 Jim Kimball announces, "Sunday morning, August 20, 1989, first hour." Music up to that point is a jam session at the festival, probably August 19.
