Welcome to the Geneseo Health Equity Archive Project, led by Student Ambassador Jay Glass. This digital collection features professionally recorded interviews with medical professionals of color, sharing their academic, social, and emotional journeys from undergraduate life to practicing healthcare providers.

Created to inspire underrepresented students—especially Black, Indigenous, and students of color—the archive highlights resilience, mentorship, and representation in STEM and healthcare. It will serve as a lasting resource for mentorship, admissions outreach, and pre-health programming at SUNY Geneseo, ensuring future generations have visible role models to guide their paths.
