Milne Publishing currently supports three student journals:
- Gandy Dancer, a SUNY-wide literary journal produced biannually by students enrolled in the English 426 and English 428 courses: Editing and Production Workshop
- The Political Realm: An Undergraduate Journal of Student Research in Political Science and International Relations, an annual publication by the Xi Xi Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha and the faculty of SUNY Geneseo's Department of Political Science and International Relations
- The Proceedings of GREAT Day, an annual publication of student conference proceedings celebrated at SUNY Geneseo's GREAT Day symposium
